No .NET v2 on Server 2012 R2

Hello,

I am using MS Deploy 3.5 to migrate Web sites from an IIS7 server

I have exported the configuration without issue.

When I try to import the configuration on the Server 2012 R2 host I receive an error message that .NET 2.0 is not installed.

However in Features .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0) is installed

Suggestions?
